Phone Sign-Up

Back One Screen

SMU is taking applications for phone service for customers who already are connected to the fiber system. We will contact you when your phone will be transfered to the SMU system. The transfering of a number from Frontier to SMU can take from 10 to 60 days. When Frontier notifies us we will setup a service person to move your phone on the same day Frontier disconnects your line.

If you have questions please call the front Desk between 7am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday at 715-526-3131.
